Borjomi water uses POS Media solution in Ukraine
POS Media Ukraine provided a first ever campaign for the IDS Group, promoting Borjomi mineral water in Metro and Tavria V stores.
Following successful negotiations with the brand owner, IDS International, the campaign ran for a month in 13 Metro stores and five Tavria V outlets around the Ukraine. The locations were chosen by the client to strategically boost sales using External Standing Door advertisements in both chains. This carrier provides highly visible and attractive adverts, ideally suited for large visuals, and proved effective in attracting customers’ attention as they entered the stores.
The IDS Group is the exclusive distributor of the “Borjomi” trademark in Ukraine and is part of IDS Borjomi International, the leading provider of natural bottled waters in the CIS and Baltic countries.
Partnering exclusively with POS Media Ukraine since 2008, Metro operates 26 stores in the Ukraine. Tavria V recently opened a store in Kiev, bringing their total number of stores up to 42, most of which are in the south of the country, and the company has been the exclusive partner of POS Media since 2010.
