Junior Business Development Manager
To provide professional services and to increase the annual turnover, POS Media is looking for a ‘Business Development Assistant’ (m/f) to be based in Head quarter office in Prague.
Personality description:
- Minimum education to university level
- Good English skills required, both oral and written
- An intermediate German skill is an advantage
- PC skills: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fresh Graduate / 1-2 years’ work experience
- Ability to work in a multinational team and reporting to international managers
- Strong communication skills, able to facilitate communication between various different team members and various countries.
Scope of work:
Development & Improvement of Sales Process within the company
POS Media is specialized in advertisement place/media selling. The post holder will be ocusing on the professionalism and consolidation of sales processes within the 12 country offices of POS Media in Europe.
- Unifying the sales reports from offices to HQ
- Consolidation of reports and sales performance per week/month/quarter
- Benchmarking between the countries and Issuing monthly sales reports for the Sales Directors and Country Managers.
- Consolidation of performance per top clients and preparing special ‘data room” for top clients.
- Developing MS SharePoint internal sites for the sales directors & sales managers to help them to exchange information and benchmarking between the offices.
Assisting with International Projects
POS Media has a signed a partnership with ‘HighCo’ which is one of the leading media companies in Western Europe. The employee will be assisting the new services from HighCo into the current POS Media Offices.
- Doing the market research and preparing reports for each project in each country.
- Assisting the preparation of the implementation package which shall be customized for each country/project.
- Following up the sales performance of each project after implementation is finalized.
- Developing the reporting structure for each project.
